To assist medical staff in monitoring entry and exit zones within a department and controlling the opening of patient room or isolation ward doors, wireless magnetic door sensors SOLT SB6-DOP are used.

The magnetic door sensor consists of a radio transmitter with a magnetic contact (in a standard SOLT casing) and a magnet, which are mounted on the door frame and the door itself. Installation does not require wiring or drilling, making the setup quick and hassle-free in just a few minutes. From now on, every door opening will be detected, and an alert signal will be sent to the nurses’ pager or another receiving device.

Magnetic door sensors are primarily used for:
